Terms of use.

Assessment

• All recommended assessments must be completed before therapy begins.
• Assessments are conducted by appointment. The child must be available during this.
• Assessment reports will be shared within 10 working days (2 weeks) after starting regular sessions.
• Assessment fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

Therapy

• Therapy plans and number of sessions are decided based on the child's needs.
• Session details and monthly count will be shared along with the invoice via email.
• Each session is 30 minutes. Late joining will not extend session time.
• No fees will be charged for holidays.

Payment

• Fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month (by 5th).
• Payments can be made via UPI / bank transfer.
• Parents should check email regularly for invoices and updates.
• Share payment screenshot after completing the transaction.

Leaves & Cancellation

• Join sessions on time; no extension for late joining.
• Inform leaves in advance. Only 2 leaves per month are allowed and will be compensated.
